Weight: 116lbs
Routine: Max bench press (3 reps) 135 116 % of body weight
Diet: Right now I am eatting pretty healthy... low fat(every once in a while I treat myself to a little fatty food [not fat like MacDonalds.. but I treat myself to subway or something])
Eat 4 to 5 times a day with snacks
Breakfest: Peanut butter sandwich
muti-vitanim
Pre-workout: Trail mix bar
Post work out: Myoplex shake
Lunch: 2 Lemon Honey Chicken breasts
Sancks: Banana
Dinner: Home made chicken stir-fry |

Body fat: 11.8 % ish
I take muti-vitamin everyday
Breakfest: milk
Lunch: rice with creamy sauce( I know creamy sauce are fat)
Snacks: banana
Dinner: I will post later.. still havent ate dinner yet |

Exerisce: Material Arts (incase anyone wants to know it is Vo Viet nam- Vianam Material Arts) did some runnning, jumping, sit ups.. and kicks today.
Diet:
Breakfest: Whole wheat bread
Lunch: Rice wtih Chicken
snacks: ??
Dinner: ??
PS: I will be gone for the weekend so I wont keep track of it.. back on sunday night( probably too tired to post) Next post probably monday. |

Don't feel intimidated at all! You look great - nice and lean. By posting your pictures, you're sure to encourage others to do so as well. With a BF% as low as your's is, you should feel proud.
