Tuesday 20 March 07 [Day 41]

Meal 1: 2 egg boiled ( 1 whole egg, 1 egg white), Peanut butter sanwhich

WORKOUT:
-Standing BB curl: 45lbs 3 sets of 8
-Tricep DB extension: 50 lbs 3 sts of 8,10,12
-Machine Preacher curl: 30lbs 2 sets of 10 + 1 sets of 40lbs drop set
-Tricep pressdown: 65lbs 3 sets of 10
-Revese grip curl: 30lbs 3 sets of 12, 10,10
- Machine dip: 120lbs 2 sets of 10+ 105 lbs drop set
-Wrist curl: 45lbs 3 sets of 15,12,12

Cretine

Meal 2: 2 scoop of whey

Meal 3: 2 egg boiled ( 1 whole egg, 1 egg white)

Meal 4: 3 slice of whole what bread and 100 gram of x-lean somked turkey breast, yogurt

Cretine

Some cardio (part of dragonboat training)

Meal 5: peanut butter sandwhich

Meal 6: Whole wheat pasta, and meat sauce

Meal 7: 1 scoop of whey

Wendsday 21 March 07 [Day 42]

Meal 1: 2 egg boiled ( 1 whole egg, 1 egg white), Cream of wheat

Dragon boat pratice: paddle( upper back [post delt, upper to mid trap], core) 60 mins, 60 push ups

Meal 2: peanut butter sandwhich

*****Went and did my pratical exam for personal training.. passed *****

Meal 3: Whole wheat pasta, and meat sauce

Meal 4: 1 scoop of whey

Meal 5: all you can eat sushi

Meal 6: 1 scoop of whey

Meal 3: chicken pot pie, and beef pot pie

60 mins of indoor soccer

Meal 4: peanutbutter sandwhich

***Weight training for dragonboat***
some leg work, a lot of shouldeer work, and did about 73 push up in a row

Creatine

Meal 5: 2 scoop of whey

Meal 6: Whole wheat pasta, pepper and carrot, and ground beef

Meal 7: 1 scoop of whey

Meal 3: 1 can of tuna, 1 sliceo f whole what bread

Meal 4: Rice and meat

1 hr of sport( soccer)

Meal 5: 1 All bran bar

Meal 6: 1 scoop of whey

meal 7: 1 all bran bar

meal8: hot pot( is like u have a pot of soup, that is boiling, and pretty muhc u put in meat and vegi, and after a while u take them out and eat it) got lots of vegis and meat, as well as some fish
