Dragon boat pratice: mainly delt, abs, and bicep

Meal 4: 2 scoop of whey

Meal 5: All bran bar

Meal 6: UDon, fishballs, vegi, beef, lamb, and pork

Creatine

Meal 4: 1 honey and oat bagel
