Followed by three sets each: 12 @ 145 lbs.
10 @ 155
6 @ 165

Overhead dumbell extensions: Drop sets starting with:

6 @ 140 lbs.
8 @ 130 lbs.
10 @ 120 lbs

V bar pushdowns: 150 lbs (entire stack) @ 12 reps
165 lbs.(put plates thru pins) @ 10 reps
175 lbs. @ 8 reps
185 lbs. @ 6 reps

Single arm pulldowns with "D" hook: 90 lbs. @ 12 reps
95 lbs @ 10 reps
100 lbs. @ 8 reps
105 lbs. @ 6 reps

Rope pulldowns with suplinations (spelling?):
130 lbs. @ 12 reps
140 lbs. @ 10 reps
145 lbs @ 8 reps
150 + 10lb plate @ 6 reps.

Okay, now this is the weekend, so the diet isn't very clean, plus i'm bulking, and, quite frankly, after that workout i was HUNGRY AS HELL! lol

Pre workout creatine shake

Post workout creatine, protein and glutamine shake. Followed by 4 eggs, three baked hash browns and some sausage.

Thanks hon. I even surprised myself a bit today. Today was the firsr real heavy and focused training day i've had for a weeks or so. My car was in the shop and had to share with the wife. My body just had enuf rest and responded to the challenge.

That's awesome! That is one big reason I love to lift...you get all your frustration out instead of being a jerk. Now, if we can only talk other people into doing this. Very Happy

I hear ya hon. Unfortunately the ones that are being the jerks are the couch potatoes who come up with every reason (excuse) why they don't go to the gym, and then they try to justify it!
OR.....i love the ones whom you tell "Hey i lost 3 lbs this week." or "Man, what a good workout last night.". You know, just making conversation. Then they say "Well....good for YOU!" with the heavy sarcasm.
I just want to strangle those people....not even really sure why lol Like, sorrry you're a fat, lazy, disgusting sloth, but don't hate me for it.
Sorry for the venting lol

Venting is good for you. Venting always allowed...

And I understand.

Well, it's time to bump the carbs into overdrive. Sure i've said before, but my wife is italian. She's been with her sister and parents all night and day visiting and i've been the bachelor. I called to she if she would be home for dinner and she said no. Well, being the typical male, i had no intention of cooking, especially since i just cleaned the kitchen.
My mother in law just called and told me my cicilian father in law was making his famous homemade pizza!! I'm telling you, it's the best ive EVER had and he always mekes a mushroom and italian sausage one just for me Very Happy
What can i say, i happen to be in one of those odd marriages where my in laws and i actually adore one another lol.
Well, time to go feast and not feel guilty, cause i'll be in the gym by 8 am i'm sure lol.

When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie.....that's amore!!

Hmm you're just a bit stronger than me... Laughing Kidding, those lifts are rediculous, man.
Anyways, I gotta question. What's an incline skull crusher? I know what a skull crusher is, I just can't mentally picture doing that movement on an incline bench.

It's a little bit harder to do on an incline bench just for the sake of getting the weight set up there. However, it really isolates and stresses the triceps head. A training partner i had some years ago introduced me to them and i've been putting them in my workouts ever since. It's a good little variation to throw into a workout every now and then, or as a substitute for close grip benching. I just happened to feel like doing those and the overhead extensions at the time cause both smith machines were occupied.
