Just to let everyone know, i decided to take a light week at the gym cause i've been hitting it hard for well over a month. I ordered somemore vitargo and will be looking forward to boosting the intensity and poundages for another month to try to put on the best mass blast i can before i start dieting for the season. Also, i have been taking a new medication for my P.T.S.D. (post traumatic stress disorder), and at first it makes me EXTREMELY drowsy, both night and day, until my body adjusts to it! So, i picked the right week to go light at the gym. I'll be posting my workouts again very soon, when i go back to the heavy training.

Feel so drained, i was lucky to get myself out of bed for WORK this morning, let alone the gym.

Well, i'm back to hard and heavy, but i keep forgetting to take my new journal into the gym. Want to work out this weekend, but i have military duty and so i use these two days to catch up on a bit of sleep.

I'm not really using a journal anymore in the gym, but i figured i'd post my stats up here just to chart my progress.

Weight: 304 lbs.
Height: 5'10"
BF: Never measured (not competing anyway)

Bench press: 470
Shoulder press: 370
Close grip bench press: 290
Barbell curl: 145
Deadlift: 400
Barbell shrug front: 360
Barbell shrug rear: 300
Leg press: 945
Leg press calf raise: 1,200

Cutting now and pretty much just keeping the weights about the same and just adding reps up to 12 and at least 20 minutes of extra cardion on top of what i get from work. Diet has been pretty clean all things considered. Very high protein and low to moderate carbs. Happy with my progress and can definetely see light at the end of the tunnel Smile
Extra cardio is bearable due to the fact that all of the cardio equipment in my gym has it's own cardio theatre tv with an 80's music videos channel! Laughing

Cutting is going well, along with the diet too. Sure, a bit of cheating here and there, but for the most part, i'm making good choices and dropping the BF fairly steadily. Did a 5 mile walk for MS this weekend with the family and i have been getting at least 20-30 minutes of cardio each day after the weights. Also working on getting mentally prepared for the competition i'm planning to do. Figured i may as well get into the frame of mind sooner than later, right?
Strength is still good, despite the cutting and slight change in weights and reps.

Everything is going well. THe training is going great and the diet is doing pretty well with the occassional "slip up" lol, mostly on the weekends. Cardio is still at least 30 minutes every day with more on the weekends. My weight is really fluxuating depending on the workday. I'm still between 290 - 300. As i said, the diet can use somemore cleaning up, but in the long run, i'm pleased, all things considered.
