Oh, believe me, after 11+ years of lifting, i learned it a long time ago!! and painfully i might add lol
Oh, and taking an anti-gas remedy helps too lol _________________ It don't feel good till it hurts!! |

| You should also be drinking enough water. A lack of water could be causing this. Remember that if you're drinking alcohol or something caffeine based those are dehydrating and you should be compensating with more water. |

I heard you're supposed to drink 1-2 cups of water with every cup of tea or coffee you drink? Is this true? Just wondering.
I love my herbal tea. Unsweetened, of course.  |
