Oh, believe me, after 11+ years of lifting, i learned it a long time ago!! and painfully i might add lol
Oh, and taking an anti-gas remedy helps too lol

You should also be drinking enough water. A lack of water could be causing this. Remember that if you're drinking alcohol or something caffeine based those are dehydrating and you should be compensating with more water.

Yup, make sure your eating fibrous veggies at least 2-3 times per day to promote digestion.

I heard you're supposed to drink 1-2 cups of water with every cup of tea or coffee you drink? Is this true? Just wondering.

I love my herbal tea. Unsweetened, of course. Razz
