Do you guys trust buying supplements over the internet? I normally buy them locally but I've found sites that have much better prices than what I'm paying. Think it's a bad idea to order from online? _________________ I have the beadiest little eyes! |

I will have a store up on my site soon with some really good prices and a SERIOS inventory.
Right now, I buy at a local supp store that has som really good prices. Also, the Vitamin Shoppe has decent prices if you have one of those near you.
What ever you do, please do not shop at GNC. They are WAY overpriced and I hate to see people get ripped off like that. _________________ ~LV~

That's where I've been going!!! No wonder it seems like everywhere else I look online is so much cheaper than GNC. Okay, going to look for a Vitamin Shoppe near me and see their prices. _________________ I have the beadiest little eyes! |

If you order online, make sure that it's a big enough company and that it has a good reputation. What I mean is, just use common sense and don't order from a site if it looks shady. And Bicep's right, you also have to watch for shipping costs. _________________ Love many, trust few, do harm to none - Yau man |

I've looked at GNC and noticed how high their prices were too. Never bought anything there though. _________________ Love many, trust few, do harm to none - Yau man |

My gym has a pro shop that i use and they price match. Ditto on the GNC. I also use The vitamin shoppe if my pro shop doesn't have what i'm looking for. One right down the block from my job. _________________ It don't feel good till it hurts!! |

| Those who think that GNC is a rip need to get some things straight. First, GNC is the number one Nutritional store in the nation, no one has ever and will ever be able to compete with them. Second, the Vitamin Shoppe does carry some of the some product, but not a whole lot of it. Their products are also not standardized depsite what has been said or stated on the product. This means that you can take their protein that says 20g of protein per serving and scoop it out and it could be 20g one time, the 12g the next time. There is no consistency. GNC carries all standardized products which is one reason why people keep going back. As for their so called high prices, did you know that most GNC will price match any other store around it? Including Vitamin Shoppe, Walmart, Rite Aid, or any other store for that matter. Just as long as it is the same product. So you cant go into GNC and pick up their GNC whey protein and tell them you want it at the same price as the Vitamin Shoppe Whey. It has to be on National Brand products. So before you go bashing the number one Nutritional Store, make sure you know whats going on. And no, I am not saying that they have good deals on everything, but thats also what the Gold Card is for! It get 20% off on top of any sale they are currently having, including BOGO 50% off!!! So being that I want to get my body in it best shape, I'll trust GNC over Vitamin Shoppe any day because their products are better, and they are just a better company. |
