| Hey I am new to the site and when i played college football i messed my shoulder up and now I am wondering what i should do as far as lifting, should i pre exhaust my muscle with isolation movements and proceeed to the all around developement when my muscle are fatigued, |

I have had a bad rotator cuff for years. I pretty much just make sure it's adequately warmed up before my working sets. Also, i stop as soon as there is any pain. Hasn't really bothered me lately tho. I also stick to plate loaders and cables for them. _________________ It don't feel good till it hurts!! |

I'd suggest you go to a sports Doctor and get it checked.
