Ah ha, so that settles it then. You're cutting.
Did you start a second job on top of the one that you already have? |

O.k today is another training day...
As per LV, I'm going back to my split program, so tonight will be chest and back day. (thanks again LV) Starting tomorrow I'm going to start doing cardio 3 to 4 times per week all before breakfast, and all weight lifting will be performed at night. I'm also upping my protein intake, mostly with more shakes... _________________

I decided to do my other split variation...
Chest/biceps
Back/triceps
Shoulders
Legs
Abs every other day
Calves every other day
Cardio three times per week in the morning/weights at night _________________

My suggestions:
1. If you choose to work biceps with chest than have your back/tricep day at least 2-3 days after that. You risk overtraining your biceos if you train back the very next day after biceps as most of your back movements use the biceps as a secondary muscle.
2. Treat your abs and calves just like any other muscle and train them 1-2 times per week, MAX. They need rest and nutrition to repair/rebuild just like any other muscle.
Also when do you plan on having your rest days? _________________ ~LV~
