Thanks longhaul, yes it is a real blessing for me to be able to be with her... That's right Emma, between daycare and the miles that I was driving I'm not losing a whole lot and my second job has told me that I can pick up more hours. I'm also very lucky that my wife has a very good full time job!!
Today was back and tricep day...
1. heavy pull downs to the front 3x 12,10,8
2. hammer strength high rows 3x 10,10,8
3. nautilus low rows 4x 12,10,10,8
4. barbell shrugs 3x 10,10,8
for triceps...
1. standing rope push downs 3x10
2. incline close grip bench press (thanks to longhaul) 3x 8,8,6
3. over head rope extentions 3x8
4. push downs to the front with a straight bar 3x8
At the end of Jan. I'm going to start a 20 week cutting phase, any suggestions, comments, critics, etc. are ALWAYS welcome.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST.... HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL WHO CELEBREATE, AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE ELSE WHO CELEBRATE OTHER HOLIDAYS! _________________

I haven't posted enough and the way that I can tell is that yesterday was back and tricep day... same exercises as my previous post... ooops!
today I rode the stationary bike for 35 minutes, and did some ab work (nautilus crunches, straight leg lifts, ab sling bent leg lifts) my current weight is 207, still need to have my body fat tested because I'm going to start cutting soon! _________________

| braces suck. I hope he's young enough. It's something that you dont' want to go through as an adult. |

Oh wow, maybe I shouldn't have said what I said! I just figured it's better to get them young. I was a teenager when I got them and I always wished I had been even younger. |

My boyfriend is an adult (obviously ) and he just got braces this year. He got those invisable ones though that are like a retainer. They are working very well and you don't even notice them! They are a bit more expensive though than conventional ones. _________________ Love many, trust few, do harm to none - Yau man |

I know what you mean about being busy and hard to keep up with the training posting here big eddy. I'm going to be putting up the last few of my workouts on my site just to keep everyone posted on my progress. Tonite is amongst the first time in a week almost that i've had a little time to post my workouts.
But great to see that you're still going strong! _________________ It don't feel good till it hurts!! |
