Thanks man, that means a lot coming from you!
Sunday, was legs day

Today, Shoulders
Tryin' to mix things up a bit:
Hammer strength military press, supersetted with one arm dumbbell side raises
Arnold presses, supersetted with bent over latterals
Finally seated shrugs

Today was back and triceps
For back I supersetted wide grip pull down to the front 4x8-10 reps with hammer strength seated close grip rows one arm at a time.
Next on to hammer strength high rows, supersetted with close grip nautilus high rows 4x8-12 reps
Finished with seated rows 4x8-10 reps
On to triceps, first I supersetted tricep cable push downs with a new cambered short swivel bar that's great. I supersetted that with bent over tricep kick backs. Next I supersetted incline close grip bench presses with over head cable/rope presses... all 4x8-10 reps... looking back I think that I would have been better starting with the close grip incline barbell presses first. What do you all think?? _________________

I hear ya about shovelling snow. We got tons of snow and I spent a good deal of time yesterday shovelling. Well I woke up today so sore and then had to go out and shovel more because the plow came and filled in the end of our driveway. I'm dreading how sore I'll be tomorrow.
As for the green tea extract, how does that differ from green tea? I have no idea what it is. I drink green tea sometimes (just finished a cup while I was watching Survivor tonight) but I haven't really noticed any health benefits. I keep reading about how great green tea is for one's health so I keep drinking it. Perhaps I'm not drinking enough of it though because I only have maybe 3 cups a week. _________________ Love many, trust few, do harm to none - Yau man |

I think that the green tea extract is capsules that are more powerful... I drink green tea a couple of times a day but I "think" that a person would have to drink a h_ll of a lot more to be equal to the extract! I'm a wimp Emma! we got two inches of snow and three more inches of sleet, and freezing rain, so when I went to shovel it "felt" like I was shoveling rocks that weighed a ton....we've been lucky this winter... this was the first major storm! _________________

Green tea extract is just the antioxidants and caffine properties that have been extracted from the tea. It is really good for you. It fights off diseases and sicknesses by cleansing your cells, and it has been known to have anti-cancer properties as well. It is a very good supplement, but it makes me a little edgy if I take alot of it for too long. I think you should take it, but cycle off of it. It cleanses your cells by flushing them out, but if you do this all of the time you will actually get sick because your cells will not be able to retain nutrients from being flushed clean all of the time. Does that make sense? Or did I lose you? _________________ I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. |

When i do triceps, i always do the incline close grip first cause it's a real meat and potatoes, mass building exercise. I do the most weight on the smith machine, but every other triceps workout, i switch to using free weights, but i use the flat bench. _________________ It don't feel good till it hurts!! |
