| What should I be eating in the morning? I don't workout until the afternoons but I want to start my morning healthy and with something that will give me lasting energy throughout the day. |

I like eggs in the morning but they only keep me full if I eat a grain with them, something like toast. Eggs by themselves never keep me full. I never feel like I have enough choices for healthy breakfast foods. I need something more creative too. _________________ I have the beadiest little eyes! |

| I remember hearing that it's important to have carbs in the morning before a workout, is this true? I mean as opposed to just protein. |

Do you eat all those together? I wouldn't have thought of that grouping of food. |

| im on a cold cereal kick, you could call it. Any multi grain & fiber(high) cereal with 1 cup of soy milk (8 grams of protein per serving) and I put about 3 Tbsp. of whey protein powder with it. |
