If you could only buy 1 supplement brand name, which would you preffer and why. This will help me with my supplement research that I do. You guys can be my lab rats. I would like to know which ones you have tried and what affects you noticed if any. Also if they worked well, how much did you take per day and how fast did you see results. Did you get stronger, faster, weaker, or just waste your money? I will start by telling you 1 supplement company that was on top of their game was Ergopharm. The products just worked! I used Ergopharm 19Nor-Diol and 4-diol. They are no longer legally made in the US, probably because they worked, but mainly because they were precursors to Testosterone.

Hello,

I prefer whey protein. I generally buy whey protein from bayho which is an online store and it provides vitamins, herbal, and dietary supplements that are all clinically tested, made using the most advanced manufacturing process, are standardized and with good quality ingredients ideal for professionals like me.

Good Bye

I have been lifting for over 12 years now and have tried just about all of the different brand names for just about all of the different supps we as lifter need. From my experience , i have found the best products to come from Muscletech. I have gotten the best results for the price that i have paid. They are pricey , but if it's in your budget, it's well worth the cost.
