Does anyone use this?
My wife recently developed mild acid reflux and in my research I found that a LOT of people use this for AR. I also found that people use it for high blood pressure and other ailments.... we bought the organic, unfiltered, non-pasturized which has a more mello taste that the regular. I just wanted to see if someone had more experience with ACV. _________________

I'm trying it now... two teaspoons in eight ounces of water three time per day (morning, noon, dinner time). according to the research I've done so far some people mix it with baking soda, but I'm not doing that until I find out why _________________

| I wonder why they would mix it with baking soda. I don't think that would taste very good at all. |

I also have heard great things about apple cider vinegar. It's one of those things that I always say I'm going to try and then never get around to it. I'm really interested to hear your's and your wife's experiences with it Big Eddy. _________________ Love many, trust few, do harm to none - Yau man |

It's to reduce the acidic content of it.... I dilute mine with water, from what I understand that would be if you're drinking the ACV straight. _________________

I guess then mixing it with baking soda would make sense, especially considering that one of its purposes is to treat acid reflux. _________________ Love many, trust few, do harm to none - Yau man |
