This is really annoying... for the last few weeks now, seemingly with the more weight I out on the more problems I have sleeping. And Lord help me if I fall asleep on my side.. I seem to crush my shoulders. I literally am in pain lifting a coffee cup!

Now its even to the point where sleeping on my front causes it... anyone else going through this??

By the way.. Ive had x-rays and such.. apparently no structural problems...

Na-Da... doctor says he wishes he had joints as good as mine!... I wake up however and it feels as if someones been breaking 2x4's across whichever shoulder I've slept on... perhaps I've overtrained??

Try sleeping on your back without a pillow.
Try sleeping on your back without a pillow.
I've always thought pillows caused more trouble than they're worth....

I was at my Chiropractors today and he tells me that my collarbone was misaligned and adjusted it... much better now.. I told him that I thought it was from sleeping on it... he laughed, (he knows I'm an ironhead.) He informed me I did it to myself!

I told him I'd hit the gym and see him in a couple of weeks!

Muscle imbalance?.. sheesh, I dunno about that.. seemingly its too much self torture with heavy shoulder presses. Pfffft... too heavy, ... whatever.

Its quite a bit better now... have to see if I can break it again. Strangely enough it ticked me off less when I learned it was self induced. Causing an injury during sleep just seemed so lame to me!

I'll have to see about getting a pic on here and you can tell me if I'm imbalanced.... muscular wise I mean.!

Cheers.

Its just soreness probably from cutting off blood to the muscles from the weight of your body for long periods of time (while you sleep). I get it too sometimes.
