Yeah, i was taking my creating directly before my workouts and I wasnt getting any extra pump or feeling any realy differences. Taking it 40 minutes before hand makes a lot of sense, hopefully I'll feel a difference now when using my creatine. _________________ Hold yourself horizontally out from a pole. |

I take it per the manufacturers instructions. Such as the vitargo cgl, it had me taking it immediately after i trained. When i just take the regular powder form, i take it BEFORE the workout. Then again, i've been taking it for over 12 years, so i can't really say it has made any huge difference either way in terms of timing. For me anyway. _________________ It don't feel good till it hurts!! |

| I take 3gm of creatine and generally take after workout. As Creatine is a natural that works like a gas pump for our muscles. |
