The instructions for the creatine that I am using is to take 1-2 capsules before my workout, and 1-2 capsules after. I'm just wondering how long before my workout I should be taking the creatine, or when does everyone else here take their creatine?

I take the two purple k in the morning.. the only other creatine I take is from my no-explode just before the session.. thats it.

I know some like to take creatine after the workout and thats fine I suppose.. although I find as long as I pack down enough protein, EFAs, and Aminos afterwards recovery comes along nicely.

Although everyones bodies are different, most creatine
ibest to be taken 30-40 minutes before your workout and
emidiately after.
The reason for the time before is the approximate time for
your body to digest it and have it in your blood system.
The reason for so soon after is once you have the pump and
all the blood has flooded into the muscle you have worked,
now is the time to send as much nutrients as you can directly to the muscle like glutamine and protein to help repair.

EFA... Essential Fatty Acid...

No problem man, before you know it you'll be using all sorts of lingo the "normals" dont use... LOL.

The supplier which I buy my creatine from (bulk stuff) reccommends that it be consumed 30-45 mins before each workout, and around the similar time of day on rest days.

I jsut follow the ones from Cell-Mass by BSn (right after workout, and 6-8 hrs b4 of after the workout one)

30 min before then immediately following your weight training session.

The typical dosing is 2.5g for each offering.
