Ditto on what Centricity said...great abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym...that's not to say that you should not work your abs in the gym. But if your diet isn't quite right, washboard abs probably won't come too easy.
As for your abs being different sizes, there's probably not too much you can do about that. Lots of people have irregular abs...including me. Although you can't see em too well these days...maybe I should tweak my diet, too! |

| ya.. and I notice that people do tend to do crunches more then any other abs exersice. Therefore making their upper abs more developed. I say clean up diet, and do some leg lifts, some weighted crunches, and planks. |

Diet is key, lose the fat to see your abs. Get to about 10% _________________ No replacement for displacement! |

| Lower bodyfat will help display your abs. what do you currently do for your abs? Have you tried weighted crunches? What about an ab wheel? I haven't tried one of those but from the videos, they look pretty wicked. |

| if u want them to pop out like Bodybuilders, you need to do weighted stuff, like weighted crunches |

| Try that for awhile and see if it helps. I think it should help a lot to get bigger abs. |
