I never thought of that but it makes sense. Dan, I think 6'2 is pretty damn tall. You seem to be the tallest on here so far. |

Keep in mind too, most pro bodybuilders are less than 6' tall.
do a search on some of these people and check out their massive, and impressive physiques...
Lee Priest - 5' 4" <---- an absolute TANK, met him twice.
Larry Scott - 5' 7"
Danny Padilla - 5' 2"
Frank Zane - 5' 9"
Darrem Charles - 5' 8"
Tom Platz - 5' 8"
Ernie Taylor - 5' 8"
Craig Titus - 5' 9"
Jay Cutler - 5' 10"
Ronnie Coleman - 5' 11"
Ken "Flex" Wheeler - 5' 9"
Dorian Yates - 5' 10"
Mike Matarazzo - 5'10"
Skip LaCour - 5' 10"
Porter Cotrell - 5' 6"
King Kamali - 5' 10"
Dexter Jackson - 5' 6"
Michael Francois - 5' 9"
Shawn Ray - 5' 7"
Jason Arntz - 5' 5"
The shorter guys, "usually" look the best.
Most of these guys are shorter than you.... all of them are giants... and Skip Lacour is even 100% natural..
Most other pro's are only 5' 10" - 5' 11"
Which puts you AND me, at average height..... _________________ -----K-OS-----

I'm 6'4 and yes, having long arms and legs makes traditional exercises more difficult due to a longer range of motion. I see these smaller guys at the gym all the time benching and squatting ridiculous amounts of weight. It's simple lever, load and fulcrum mechanics. The farther the load (resistance from weight at the elbow) is from the fulcrum (your pectoral muscle in the case of bench press) the harder it is to push the weight.
think of 2 kids of equal weight on a teeter totter. The farther kid "a" moves out on his side of the teeter totter, the more difficult it is for him to push off the ground. Same thing with tall guys and lifting.
