Hello,
I am newbie here, your supplements are sufficient don't worry about it, Protein and other dietary supplements are good to use for bodybuilding professionals. You should take supplements that have been demonstrated to be safe, both in quantity and quality. Some vitamins are essential in small quantities but dangerous in large quantities, notably Vitamin A. I take my supplements from bayho.com.
Hope this help..
Thanks!!

Thanks Cameron, I've been taking the same stuff as I stated in my first post, and it seems to be working well for me. My arms are getting a little stronger and I can see the difference in my thighs.Although I'm a little late in the game of muscle building, I really enjoy the 'pumped' feeling I get after a workout. Some of my students have noticed as well. I have to stay at my best just to keep up with the little buggers! |

We all had to start somewhere. I remember when i first started i thought being able to bench over 200 was a huge number ! Back when i had all of 50 pounds on an ez curl bar. It just takes time , dedication , discipline , experience and knowledge. I still can't believe the changes in myself over 2001 when i first started. _________________ It don't feel good till it hurts!! |

| I prefer Tea Colon Cleanse as I’m also not professional weight lifter. But for good health and body I take supplements. Whey is really good to improve health. You can buy this type of supplement from many stores. |
