Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums and I could use a little help.
Right now I am 155 lbs and about 5'11, and I can run extremely fast. I'm looking for some kind of routine that will help my biceps with mostly size but some definition, and chest and shoulders, without losing any speed.
I just started working out and I use protein powder and JUST started creatine.
I need specific workouts/excercises, ESPECIALLY for my biceps.

The best thing to put size on the biceps is simply doing curls for around 6-8 reps. But when you do them, make sure they are full reps, and that you don't cheat.
Don't try to do explosive reps in pursuit of not losing speed, because you don't get as much muscle growth that way as you could get. Try to keep it slow. |
