As most weight lifter, I feel I'm not thoroughly working my abs. I am wondering if you guys can assist me on finding a good ab workout. What I mostly do are crunches, and they work fine, but they only work the top portion of my abs. I know leg raises are good for the lower, but I don't know if it's best to keep my legs completely straight, or slightly bent, or full ROM or partials. And I know I could do some sort of twists for obliques, but I don't have a decline bench, so have no support for the exercise, and am looking for an alternative.
Also, what is everyones opinions on just doing high volume ab workouts consisting of just situps? |

At the gym where I go the IFBB pro that train there does three exercises, that I now do. Stick up on shoulders and twist, next crunches on a Nautilis machine, finally knee ups on a machine. Done _________________

| Do you do them at the end of your workout, or superset with your other bodyparts? |
