Bah
So I'm like in the 2nd week now, feeling terrible and kinda miserable about not being able to workout, (I've been coughing so much, my abs feel like they've been doing 1k crunches a day, lol) though I know it would probrably kill me if I tried
Anyway, I was kinda wondering what would be a good way to ease myself back into my regular routine, which was normally a 4-day split. Once I feel well again, should I attempt my old routine which was basically heavy, low-rep compound lifts, or would that be too much for my CS to handle?
As much as I'm looking forward to hitting the weights again, and I dont wanna risk doing too much too soon, and be laid up in bed for another week, lol.
