I guess I'll keep checking once in a while.... I'm still training hard at Gold's Gym, we also bought a Tony Little Gazelle for some cardio at home; fairly cheep yet built well. I'm going on a weight loss plan, I've already dropped a couple of pounds with a goal of 25. longhaul, if you look here again, I'm very sorry for your hard times and wish you all the best always. K-OS, I would be more than happy to discuss training, diet, or even the weather! I just believe that this site has grown so quiet so quick. The other 9,998 have apparently gone to sleep, come on people lets talk some bodybuilding! Write to BIG EDDY.... tell me whats up in your lives.. lets get this site moving.
