So how do you everyday menus look like?
What do you eat and about what time?
I find it interesting to see if everyone eats pretty much the same things at the same times/situations or if its completely different?
E.G
Breakfast:
4 egg whites, 1 portion oatmeal, 30g whey protein.....
After 1 hour cardio (2 hours after):
Lunch:
After 2 hour intense workout (3 hours after):
Dinner:
Midnight restock (or something xD):
Something like that, but come up with your own design if you think it gives better detail  |

Breakfast - 6 eggs (only 2 yolks), 1 cup oatmeal, 1 banana.
Midmorn - Can Tuna, tsp mayo, 2x wheat bread.
Lunch - chicken breast, 1/2 a sweet potato, canned peaches or an apple
Mid aft. - 8oz yogurt.
Preworkout, 1 scoop protein shake with Waxy Maise complex, dual stack creatine, 1 scoop Beta-Alanine
post workout 2 scoop pr. shake with same stuff...
Dinner - Chicken breast of Fish fillet, with can of green beans, and 2 cups spaghetti, 1/2 cup spag sauce.
late evening - 8oz cottage cheese, 1 cup oatmeal _________________ -----K-OS-----
