What do you do to reduce flatulence? I've tried Bean-o. It works but it's quite expensive. (No jokes, please. ) _________________ NEM |

Actually I don't have much of a problem with this. Why don't you try gasx. Maybe that will clean you out and you can avoid those awkward situations. _________________ Just one man's opinion!!

A spoonful or 2 of baking soda in a glass of water. Not tasty, but effective-- for some of us anyway.
Excessive protein can cause flatulence-- especially plant protein. (BEANS!) What kinds of protein do you normally take? |

Speaking of beans, I just had some brown beans with my dinner tonight!! Yum! My family's going to be in for it tonight. Just kidding.
Now this is getting WAY too personal on here but I have a lot of digestive problems so I know where you're coming from Jehu. I use Gas-X whenever I have this problem. Or just avoid trigger foods (like beans, brocolli, cabbage).
Or how about some air-freshner! lol That always works too. _________________ Love many, trust few, do harm to none - Yau man |
