To my surprise I just seen one the biggest and most dedicated guys in the gym do his back 1st then do his chest.I could do it but I feel I really hit my back hard,I concentrate on really hitting such a big targot area, sometimes I'll do my biceps after but the thought of starting another big targot area.I'd rather save my chest for the start of another day.

For some reason it didn't come out the way i had originally typed it up. So to help avoid confusion the set of numbers beside each exercise, i.e bench presses 5 20-6, means 5 sets X 20-6 reps. The 20-6 reps is a pyramid set, start with a weight that you can handle for 20 reps and as you add weight each set drop the number of reps. If you have any questions just ask.

Wrong quote! But dude, a 50 inch chest?????????? Are you serious?? At 18 years old!! Do you play college football??? If your 18 and that big, then you should think about doing something other than just working out. You must be huge! Are you reading the tape right??

on the rows are you all able to pull the whole stack with ease ,it seems like an extra 100 pounds needs to be on there

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond to this thread. But yes my ches measures exactly 50 inches. Or it does right now at the end of my bulking phase. I would love to play football for my school, and have had many recruiters trying to get me to do just that. But the risk of injury is too great and i would much rather lift weights than play fullback so...And to answer SteveK's question i do have a pretty strong back. Well my lats are strong anyway. I never have been good at deadlift but i'm not genetically built for the lift. I have short arms and weak hamstrings. So i stick to mostly lat exercise to help exaggerate my V taper more.

Make sure and send in some photos of yourself. It always motivates me to get bigger when I see someone bigger than me.
