Do you guys think the loading phase in creatine is absolutely neccessary? I've heard so many mixed opinions. Does anyone have any experience with this? |

I've had a lot of experience with this subject. Let me start off by say No, the loading phase for creatine is not essential. However, that being said, the loading phase can be useful if you seek to realize results faster. Your muscle cells need to absorb the creatine. If you start by taking 5g a day this process could take about 30 days for the average person. However if you do a 3-5 day loading phase of (15-30g per day), your muscles will be saturated during that loading phase. To keep the saturation you need to follow the loading phase with 5g a day for the reminder of the time you wish to stay on creatine. |

| You have to be careful about who you believe. If you're unsure about any supplement you should research it for yourself before taking it. If you don't trust that a doctor is even better. |
