I would say that you're not using proper forum (opps, I'm mean form ). If it happens especially while you're doing over head tricep extensions I think you're letting your wrists bend too much. I would try to keep them straight. _________________ Just one man's opinion!!

You should try studying your workouts in a mirror. That might help you discover where exactly you might be bending or relaxing your wrists.
You can also purchase wrist supports that help keep your wrists supported throughout your workout. I've never had the need for them because I haven't had this problem, but I've heard good things about them.
If your pain persists I would recommend seeing a doctor. |

My wrists have been sore in the past and I just stupidly(?) ignored them. Now I rarely get any pain. I think I just changed how I held my wrists during a workout. You should try being really aware of them and hold them in place. Then after awhile it will be natural to hold them in the correct form. _________________ Just one man's opinion!!

I would say its important to see a doc if the pain persists. Otherwise you could probably risk further damage. |

| I just grip tighter. My wrists are pretty small and I find gripping tighter helps them stay alot more strait, cause my tendons are so built up. |

Oh my God! I was NOT thinking about that. It didn't even cross my mind.
I was meaning more like do they hurt when you're typing on the computer or things like that. Cause I have a bad wrist which is sore a lot so I was just wondering. |
