well to day its sunday so i woke up at 8 ish and ate a bannana and fatfree puding went back to sleep and woke up at two wow so i ate a 4 egg yolk sandwich with cheese and some oatmill went on a bike ride for about 25 mins came home whatched some football and ate a ham and turkey sandwich w cheese and some rasins and played my xbox 360 for awile then ate another sandwich yay then around 6 ish i had chicken breast and rice then around 8:30 i had another egg sandwich then did some leg stretchs hamestring and what not then at 11 had a little steak and before bed a whey shake mixed with milk all around 2500 cals and i guess around 40 40 20 protein carbs and fat i hope ha ha!!

well its monday i had the ussaul egg sandwich and oatmill with rasins for breakfest went out and bought some advanced whey and creatin also bought some glutamine from bodyfortress mixed a shake off glutamine and whey 1hr before i went to the gym and its lower body for me today i did

hamestring curls 15@80 lbs
ankle lifts15@85lbs

i did my max squat @250lbs on smith machine felt a slight pain in my lower back after that so i only did 2 sets just to be carefull but it dosent bother me right now but i can still fell it a little

smith machinedead lift 10@130lbs
incline situps or declined im confused on which but did 25 with 15lbs behind my head
lunges 12@75lbs
lower back mashine i dont know what its called but did that 15@125lbs
and repeated that routine just taking off about 2reps and puting on 20lbs

that took me about an 1hr 30 mins then i got on the treadmill for 25mins walking @ 4.3 then runing @5.7 evry 8mins

then had a creatin shake with a bannana
road my bike home took about 15 mins
then had a whey shake mmmmmmmm chocolate!!!
then at dinner had some rice and steak and later had another whey shake

o yea sent a email with a pic but still not sure if im suppose to get a confirmation back or what
