I have injured the inside of the elbow join on my right arm. It hurts like mad every time I try to lift anything with it but I don't know what is exactly wrong. Also, there are little red dots forming under the surface of the sking which I assume is blood. Has anyone else done anything like this or do you know what it is called and what i can do to help it heal?

It sounds like you definitely should not lift right now and make an appointment to see your doctor. You don't want to lift and then end up hurting yourself even more. Fire is definitely right. As for what it is, I honestly haven't heard of anything like that.

Ditto for me. Not familiar with that pain, especially THAT localized in the elbow. ANY indication of internal bleeding is definitely grounds for a doctor visit tho!

If the pain is in the part where the elbod bends, like where the bicep connects to the elbow I have had something similar to that I don't know if I had red dots though

I would probably say you just strained the musle too much, and caused a few capillaries to burst, which is not that bad, still might be worth while to see your doctor, but I would think it would not be that serious. but I am noe one to give a web diagnosis. I would probably stop lifting, but maintain motion with it, or else it will cease up on you and hurt even more when you move it,

I agree that you should just check it out with the doctor. Better to be safe than injure yourself more. give us an update when you hear what it was.
