Starting Tuesday morning I will finally begin my road to no longer being skinny. My program will consist of eating 6 meals a day along with taking Creatine, Glutamine, and of course a Multi-Vitamin. My Training will consist of 3 75 minute workouts per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

My 6 meals will be broken down into 400-500 calories per meal trying to maintain a proportion of 30% carbs / 40% protein / 30% fat.

Example day:

1. Myoplex, Banana, Tbsp. Udo Oil

2. 4 oz. Chicken Breast + 1/2 cup rice

3. Ultra Fuel + Tbsp. Udo Oil + 1/2 serving of Nitro-Tech + 1/2 Myoplex

4. 4 Hardboiled Eggs + 4 slices of wheat bread

5. 3 oz. Tuna + Crackers and low fat Mayo.

6. Nitro-Tech + Tbsp. Udo Oil

I will eat every 3 hours with my largest meal of the day coming almost immediately after my trip to the gym. I will try to keep this thread updated and will post some before pics within the next day.

January 8th 2007

Took Creatine and Multi-Vitamin immediately upon waking up. This is the last day of my loading phase. Had weight taken after getting the flu, at the doctor's office, and it was 127 lbs on the 28th of December. (I was probably dehydrated and it had been 2 days since I had eaten). Took my weight this morning after using the restroom and I was at 144 lbs. My first 12 week mass cycle begins tomorrow morning. Probably won't be able to get any pics till this weekend though. I am currently at 11% BF.

Today's diet:

Meal 1: 1 cup Cream of Wheat with 1 serving Nitro-Tech and 1 Tbsp. Udo's Choice.

Meal 2: 5 oz Chicken Breast and 1 cup Brown Rice

Meal 3: 3 oz Tuna Fish with Crackers and Low-fat Mayo.

Meal 4: 1 serving Nitro-Tech, 2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream, 50g Dextrose

Meal 5: Subway Chicken Breast Sandwich on Wheat Bread with Lettuce and Tomatoe. 1 Tbsp. Udo's Choice.

Meal 6: 1/2 tub of Cottage Cheese.

I would watch your cottage cheese intake because of the amount of sodium in it. I know it did not do me any favors.
