Abbs stretching
Lots of bending and climbing snow banks today. My buddy called at 6:30 this morning, one of his guys broke his hand. So for the next few weeks Ill be sorting blue boxes. Got a darn good workout today.
Outoftime... A windtrainer is a stand that you can hook your bikes back wheel to. It has two 8 inch wheels with fins on them. Kind of look like hamster wheels [ the thing they run brains out on ] Your back wheel fits between. The wind from the fins cause enough drag that when you pedal its like ride on the road and you can switch gear on the bike to simulate different terrain? Rich _________________ -------- __@

Computer problems keeps freezing up. I figger Ill get on here before anyone else screws it up. Around here first one ups best dressed.
Going to change my workout days around Mon. push Wed. pull Fri Squat. The rest of the time on the bike.
fire23.. Im training for strength and to repair a shoulder injury. The biking is for indurance. In the spring cyclocross starts and I want to be ready. Its a cross country race that involves riding, runing, climbing with your bike. Rich _________________ -------- __@
