I think it's good considering you are training for a marathon to be doing a good amount of cardio. But it looks like you use the eliptical alot. I would cut that down to one or two days and use other cardio machines too.

First I wanted to thank everyone for their comments.

Second, I wanted to let everyone know that I have been doing this routine for the past 4 weeks, (Sunday will be 4 weeks exactly), and I have lost 10 pounds so far. I'm finally below 200 lbs.

As for switching the cardio, i'm starting to use the treadmill as well as the eliptical, and i'm using the eliptical that has the arm attachments, so that my upper body gets a cardio workout as well.

I think that i'm making good progress, and that by April, I hope to be around the 185 pound range, thats 15 more poounds to go.

Although for the marathon, i'm pretty sure that I can get my weight down to the right weight, but its my asthma, that is going to worry me. I don't have bad asthma, but it does bother me from time to time. I have read that it gets better as you loose weight and get in physical shape. So we will have to see.

Thanks again for all of your comments.

Remember, bodies are made in the kitchen. Your diet is the biggest key to your success. It must be strict! The hardest part about losing weight is self dicipline! Your workout can be just about anything that increases your core heat and speeds up your heart rate, but if your diet is not consistent then you won't see the kind of results that you are looking for! Keep up the good work!!

Well my friend... u need to tell us what u do during the wiehgt traing sessions, what exercises inorder for us to help u

something you ahve to understand:
you need to get your Lean muscle up so that u burn more cal a day there fore giving u faster gain. If you run a lot, and not eat enought, you are at the risk of burning your muscle as fuel, which will act against your goal. YOu might be loosing weight, but it could be muscle instead of fat.. whcih is not good
