I have never expirienced that, however when I feel a good pop in my body I have usually broken a limb, the leg twice, and the wrist twice, so a pop in my opinion of not a good thing, this is a complete shot in the dark here but maybe it could be a hernia, which would be absolutly brutal if it was here was something I found
hernia (rupture) is usually noticed as a lump, commonly in the groin or the umbilical region. It appears when a portion of the tissue, which lines the abdominal cavity, breaks through a weakened area of the abdominal wall. The abdominal wall is a sheet of tough muscle and tendon that runs from the ribs down to the legs at the groin.
it says that it commonly breaks through the groin area, but I guess maybe it could break through the rib area, I would say take it easy. if the pain keeps up definatly go see a doctor |

That doesn't sound quite right. I've never experienced anything quite like that though. I think you're right to skip your leg workout.
How is it feeling today? _________________ Love many, trust few, do harm to none - Yau man |

it feels alright when I'm sittin' around but it hurt quite a bit in bed when I'd roll over last night.
It doesn't really hurt if I push on the area either.... wierd...
its almost like its something, deep inside... ???? _________________ -----K-OS-----

Very strange! I wonder what it could be. Have you tried looking it up on the internet and seeing if there are any matches? _________________ Love many, trust few, do harm to none - Yau man |

| if it was a rib that slipped I would imagine the pain would more so be in the sternum or back area, however if it was one of your false ribs that slipped, maybe it could be jabbing you somewhere or something. however I scanned over some info on it because I found it interesting, and it said that they usually slip bebause there is a lack of muscle to keep it in place, also you are old enough that you body has comepletly developed leaving very little cartilige left in your body, however anything is possible. I would still lean towards it being a hernia if it is a serious injury, it's in a more so uncommon place but still in the right area, the movement which you were doing is one that could cause the hernia. I would look into that, but don't let me or yourself diagnose yourself using the internet, if it hasn't stopped hurting or the pain hasn't gotten any better by now you should just book a quick appointment with your doctor |
