Looks like a good idea since you workout almost everyday. Sounds good to put the Quadriceps and hamstrings in the same day as the other parts of the legs. _________________ Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings. |

| so... i took monday off.. and tried to do my leg(monday's) and calves and abs (tues) all on tuesday... could finish it.. lol got through half of my calves and abs workout.. felt sick and had to stop :p |

| I took the last couple weeks off from training to rest up, and it seemed natural that it was at the same time as my vacation. I'm starting a new schedule on Monday...I made a few minor changes to my old sched. A little later on I may switch to a 4-day-per-week schedule, but for now it's still a 3-day. |

| I am actually takinga week off training.. and I feel like I am getting smaller already.. and I feel a lot more engerized.. and ready to hit the gym hard... so in a way, I am glade I took a week off cause it keeps my intensity up, as well, makes me want to come back twice as hard |

This is my biggest problem with my training schedule. I do really well fo r2-3 months then I have to go away for work where there is no exerciase equipment around at all. And not just for Acouple days I leave after labour day and i wont get back until Middle of november. does anybody have Ideas on other exercises i can do other than pushups and dips to do while i am gone. _________________ Handle everything like a Dog

| well.. u can try using empty milk jugs, fill it with water or sand, and use them as dumbbells |
