Hi To All of you....,
My Weight is 167.2 lbs
My Height is 173 cm
My Age is 22 yrs
I am doing exercise in Gym from last 1 and half months.
My main goal is to develop cuts.
Could you people please help me how to reach this goal?
I mean what exercise i should do and what type of diet I should follow?
If you people want my current workout chart then i will post it later...

Welcome ntimesc, mainly to show "cuts", aerobic workout in the morning before eating... have your bodyfat tested to see where you are and where you need to be. Cut out the junk food and eat clean calories, good sources of protein, etc. When lifting do high reps and lower weight with little rest between sets... there's always more but that's the basics...... The great thing is that you're young, and if you stick with it, you'll have a long healthy life, good luck. Give us your workout chart... _________________
