Never heard that before, what's the purpose, and I'd be floating if I had to drink that much> _________________

I have heard that too. Drink a glass of water with coffee to keep you hydrated. Later I heard that there is enough water in coffee to keep you hydrated even with the caffeine. Dunno... |

Probably better to stay away from too much coffee in general. Tea has considerably less caffeine that coffee especially if you don't leave the tea bag in long. And I don't think herbal tea has any caffeine in it at all which is always good! _________________ Love many, trust few, do harm to none - Yau man |

The old guys at the bakery across the street always ask for a glass of water when they order their espressos or cappuccinos. I always thought it was because the concentrated caffeine could damage the stomach lining, but after reading this post, hydration probably makes more sense.
As for ruffage, I drop five capsules of 'Greens' in the morning, along with wheat germ and a variety of berries mulched in the blender, then five more with my evening meal. Seems to be working... |
