Hey guys, im back again after what feels a really long time away. after my hernis op i got back in to training only to snap the tendons in both my elbows last october! hurt very much! my fault thou, was lifting to much on the dumbbell bench press! i moved up from the 110lbs to the 135lbs. stupid i know and i paid the price! i have been back in the gym now for 2 weeks. Nothing serious yet lots of cardio to shift the bidy fat and now lifting again! but all my numbers have dropped off so much. back down to lifting 250lbs. My body weight has stayed about the same 179lbs but body fat is up from about 10% to 18%. its going to be a long road back! hope you guys will give me the sopport and encouragement i need! might post a pic! that will spur me on!

Hey Turbo. Hope your training is going well. May be a long road getting back into it, but the road gets shorter if you work at it I have learned. Maybe I'll post a pic soon also, would be nice to shock some life back into the forums.

Good Luck.
