Well since i just got back from lifting i figured i'd might as well go ahead and post since it's fresh on my mind. Today was chest and biceps, which on a normal day would be my favorite combination but since i have the flu, i felt like throwing up the whole time. I'm probably at about 75% of my normal.

Bench Press: 285x5, 285x5, 285x4, 295x2, 315x1
Incline Bench Press:225x6, 235x4,275x0(i usually get the last set about 8 times, but not today)
Incline Dumbbell Flyes: 25lbsx10, 25lbsx10
Flat Dumbbell Presses: 100lbsx6, 100lbsx0

After bombing so many sets on my chest exercises, i just decided to call it a night, and forget about working biceps. The flu sucks!
